MISS FOX BOOKING POLICY
We get it. Life happens.
But to keep everything running smoothly, we’ve whipped up the MF Booking Policy so we’re both on the same page. Capeesh?
Deposit info
All treatments require a 50% deposit (that’s not refundable) to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Cancellation timeframe
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you want to change or cancel your appointment the day of it, you will incur a 50% change or cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, your 50% deposit will automatically be transferred to your new appointment time, or held in credit for your next appointment.
A ‘no show’ or less than 2 hours notice will incur a 100% charge of your appointment value. This will be charged to the card you used to confirm your appointment.
How to change or cancel your appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, you can do this yourself via our booking system - Timely. Simply hit BOOK NOW > Tap Log In > Drop ya digits (you’ll get a text code to enter) > Slide into MENU > Select MY APPOINTMENTS > Reschedule or cancel. And you’re done.
Running late?
Traffic sucks. We get it. And not being able to find a park? Well, there’s heaps on Station Street - including 3 Mobility Parks directly over the road from the studio - but if town is pumpin’, finding a park can sometimes be tricky. Flick us a text or give us a call on 027 203 6526 if you’re stuck in traffic or can’t find a park + we’ll let you know whether we can still see you.
Other than that? Please priortise your appointment + ensure you’re on time. If you’re running more than 5 mins late we may need to reschedule your booking - but like we said above, get in touch + we’ll let you know what’s what.
The best way to contact us?
We’re often busy in the studio sussing brows, lashes, skin + hairy bits. We don’t get to check socials straight away - so please don’t send us an Instagram or Facebook message if you’re running late or need to cancel within 24 hours.
