What are the skin benefits in joining the MF Skin Membership?
We’re all about getting your skin into a routine that works with its natural cycle. Your skin’s turnover takes around 28 days + as we age, this can slow down. That’s why regular treatments are key to keeping your skin looking + feeling its best. With our membership, you’ll get a personalised plan tailored just for you, keeping your skin healthy, glowing + ready to face the world every. dang. day!
How much will the MF Skin Membership set me back?
We’ve said it before + we’ll say it again… Skin Health + Confidence = Priceless. But actually, it’s way more affordable than you may think. Our 12-month skin membership is $11.94 per week + our 6-month membership is $12.60 per week. You can also choose your direct debits to come out fortnightly or monthly.
How do I know what skin treatment to book?
No need to stress! At the start of each appointment, we’ll take a close look at your skin to see what it needs that day. Then, we’ll choose the best treatment to keep you glowing + on track with your skin goals. Just show up, relax + let us handle the rest!
How long is each skin treatment appointment?
Each skin treatment is 30 minutes—just enough time to give your skin the targeted love it needs without taking over your day. It’s consistency that’ll get you to your skin goals. Plus our quick, effective treatments are perfect for slipping into your lunch break. Get in, glow out!
How do I sign up for the MF Skin Membership?
Sign-up is super simple. Book a 10-min ‘MF Membership Consult’ appointment online or join directly, right here, through our website. If you're not sure which membership is right for you, we recommend starting with the MF Membership Consult - so we can see you in the studio.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
We don't offer a pause option, but you can gift a session to a friend if you can't make it. After your initial 6-month term, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you want to cancel right at 6 months, just let us know in your 5th month.
Are there any discounts or perks with the membership?
Absolutely! As a member, you get 10% off the price of our skin treatments included in the membership when you sign up for 12 months. If you sign up for 6 months you’ll get 5% off. You’ll also get 10% off the MF Power Peel + all Brow + Lash Treatments when you sign up for 12 months + 5% off ‘em when you sign up for 6 months. Plus, enjoy 5% off all full-priced retail products over at Shop with MF. Oh, and there’s one more - enjoy a FREE Dermalogica Travel Daily Microfoliant on us during your birthday month!
How long is the membership?
Our memberships are designed for a 12-month period, with a minimum 6-month sign-up term. After 12 months, your plan will automatically renew, so your skin stays in tip-top shape all year round.
What if I miss an appointment?
No worries—life happens, we get it! You can gift your session to a friend (as long as they book within the 5-week cycle). Just make sure to give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule; otherwise, the appointment will be forfeited.
What payment plans do you offer?
Payment plans start from $11.95 per week. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit payment options are available.

*yawn* We know this stuff is boring. But we’re still gonna ask you to read it anyway. ‘Cos when you join the MF Skin Membership, you’ve gotta agree to…
MF Skin Memberships are based on receiving your nominated skin treatments over a 6-12 month period. As a member you will also receive an additional 5% - 10% off other treatments (excluding body waxing treatments) that you have at Miss Fox Aesthetics. This discount excludes any treatments already on promotion + gift voucher purchases.
You will also receive 5% off any retail product purchases over at Shop with MF (excluding any products that are already discounted). Memberships are excluded from accruing MF Perks*.
On sign up you will be charged a one-off $6.90 establishment fee. A 2.95% Payleadr surcharge is included in your payment subscription. Skin Treatments must be taken 5 weekly. If you are unable to attend an appointment during the month, you are able to gift it to a friend (your friend must have the treatment within the 5 weeks). 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise your treatment that month will be forfeited. Your plan will automatically be renewed after 12 months.
