Chantelle - Foxy Founder: Skin + Beauty Therapist
An internationally qualified Skin + Beauty Therapist for over 15 years - Chantelle believes in finding your niche, refining your skill + creating customised skin + beauty treatments for busy people who wanna work with what they’ve got.
Music snob, book-worm + a Capricorn to her core (practical + perfectionist), Chantelle is blessed to have worked with, learnt from + been mentored by some of the best in the beauty industry - including Dermalogica + OFF & ON.
When you visit Chantelle at Miss Fox in Napier, you won’t be overwhelmed by confusing skin + beauty treatments or uncomfortable up-selling. Instead, you’ll be welcomed inside a safe space where you know ya brows, lashes, face, body + hairy bits will be taken care of with expert hands + precision attention to detail.
Ashleigh: MF Senior Skin + Beauty Therapist
With a background in beauty, skin, makeup + SFX artistry – Ash brings a unique mix of creativity, technical know-how + people smarts to every treatment. She’s the kinda therapist who doesn’t just want you to look good – she wants you to feel damn good too.
Known for her warm, bubbly energy + eye for detail, Ash is a total natural at creating a comfy, welcoming space where everyone feels seen, accepted + supported. Whether she’s helping you reach your skin goals, perfect your brows, or giving you the pep talk you didn’t know you needed – you’ll leave feeling like your best self.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her hanging with her pets + people, diving into a fantasy novel, baking up a storm or deep in a true crime podcast (multifaceted queen alert).
Nichole: MF Senior Skin + Beauty Therapist
A real Hawke’s Bay fave + self-confessed skin geek with serious street cred to her name.
With a calm, thoughtful approach + a brain full of skin know-how, Nic’s the kinda gal who won’t just slap on a serum + call it a day. She gets into the nitty gritty of what your skin actually needs - cos she knows real results come from the right hands + the right products.
When she’s not working her MF magic in the Skin Lounge or sussing your Brows + Lashes, you’ll find her soaking up a slow Sunday morning, coffee in hand, surrounded by her three wild boys - or wandering the farmers market like a true local lass.
Friends of Nic tell us she’s loyal, kind, empathetic + all kinds of lovely. And holy hecka, we couldn't agree more.
Alex: MF Junior Skin + Beauty Therapist
This Central Hawke’s Bay gem might’ve joined us for her love of brows + lashes… but she’s now bringing her signature sparkle to skin too. As a Junior Skin + Beauty Therapist, Alex is growing her treatment menu by the minute + trust us, this girl’s got the goods.
With her grounded Taurus energy + warm, bubbly vibe, Alex has a knack for making you feel right at home (while delivering serious results). She’s detail-driven, beauty-obsessed + always down to try the latest technique or trend – especially if it means helping you look + feel your very best.
Outside the studio? You’ll find her hanging with her cat Bobbi, curled up with a good book or binge-worthy show, or recharging with her fave people. Her mornings start slooow (always with a chai in hand). And while she’s working on her cooking skills… for now, she’s serving glowing skin – not gourmet dinners.
Becks: Studio Co-ordinator, MF Massage Therapist + Junior Beauty Therapist
Call her the captain of calm + the queen of coordination — ‘cos if you’ve ever had a smooth booking, a warm welcome, or a “how the heck do they run this place so well?” kinda moment… odds are, Becks was behind it.
She’s the glue that keeps things running smoothly between Miss Fox + our gal pals at Vertu Hair, making sure every client feels welcome, cared for + right at home. When she’s not at the desk or juggling 342 tasks with a smile? You’ll find her working her MF magic in the treatment room. (Yep – you’ve got Becks to thank for MF Head in the Clouds. Told ya she was the MVP.)
And just when we thought Becks couldn’t have it more together - she’s gone + shown us she’s the ultimate multitasker by stepping into the world of skin + beauty too. She’s now a Junior Beauty Therapist, currently completing her beauty therapy apprenticeship right here with us. How lucky are we!?!
