What's the difference between the Core + Advanced Membership?
The Core Skin Membership is a 6-month plan built around our 30-min Core Skin Treatments (MF Firm, MF Calm, MF Clear or MF Bright). It's perfect for building consistent skin health over time.
The Advanced Skin Membership is a 3-month plan focused on one of our powerhouse treatments - MF LuminFusion, MF Microneedling or MF Power Peel. It's ideal if you're targeting a specific concern (think pigmentation, fine lines, acne scarring or uneven texture) + want to commit to the kind of consistent treatment cycle that actually gets results.

If I'm on a Core Skin Membership, how do I know what skin treatment to book?
No need to stress! At the start of each appointment, we'll take a close look at your skin to see what it needs that day. Then we'll choose the best treatment to keep you on track with your skin goals. Just show up, relax + let us handle the rest.
How long is each skin treatment appointment?
Core Skin Treatments are 30 minutes each. Advanced Skin Treatments are 30-40 minutes. Quick, effective + easy to slip into a lunch break. Get in, glow out.
Do I need to have had a skin treatment before joining the Advanced Skin Membership?
For MF LuminFusion, nope - you're good to go. For MF Microneedling + MF Power Peel, you'll need to have had at least 1 MF Core Skin Treatment first, OR book a Membership Consult before joining. This is just to make sure your skin is prepped + ready to get the most out of your treatment.
How do I sign up for the MF Skin Membership?
Sign-up is super simple. Book a 10-min ‘MF Membership Consult’ appointment online or join directly, right here, through our website. If you're not sure which membership is right for you, we recommend starting with the MF Membership Consult - so we can see you in the studio.
Can I sign up to more than one membership?
You betcha! Quite a few of our membership clients are signed up to more than one. Either sign up separately (if you're cool with separate payments) or contact us to let us know what memberships you wanna join and we'll create a custom membership just for you.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
We don't offer a pause option, but you can gift a session to a friend if you can't make it. Just make sure to give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule; otherwise your treatment for that cycle will be forfeited.
For the Core Skin Membership, your plan automatically renews after your initial 6-month term. To cancel, just give us 14 days' written notice before the end of your current term.
For the Advanced Skin Membership, your plan simply concludes at the end of your 3 months. No action needed from you to end it - but if you love your results (and we reckon you will), you're very welcome to switch over to a Core Skin Membership or chat to us about other suitable advanced skin treatments to keep the momentum going.
Does my membership automatically renew?
It depends on which membership you're on.
The Core Skin Membership automatically renews after your 6-month term, so your skin stays on track without you having to think about it. If you'd like to cancel, just give us 14 days' written notice before your term wraps up.
The Advanced Skin Membership concludes naturally at the end of 3 months. We'll be in touch before your final appointment to chat about next steps - whether that's a different advanced treatment or transitioning into a Core Skin Membership to maintain your results.
Are there any extra discounts or perks with the membership?
Absolutely. Members get 10% OFF all treatments included in their membership, PLUS 10% OFF all other MF treatments (Core or Advanced, depending on your membership - excluding Packages and other offers / promotions) + 10% OFF all full-priced retail products in studio + online at Shop with MF.
What payment plans do you offer?
Core Skin Membership payment plans start from $14.62 per week. Advanced Skin Memberships start from $20.79 per week. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit options are available.
What if I miss an appointment?
Life happens - we get it! You can gift your session to a friend (as long as they book within your treatment cycle). Just make sure to give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule; otherwise, the appointment will be forfeited.

Core Skin Membership: Based on receiving 5 x personalised Core Skin Treatments over a 6-month period, scheduled every 5 weeks.
Advanced Skin Membership: Based on receiving 3 x of your chosen Advanced Skin Treatment (MF LuminFusion, MF Microneedling or MF Power Peel) over a 3-month period, scheduled every 4 weeks.
As a member you will receive 10% OFF your membership treatments + 10% OFF all other MF skin, brow, lash + waxing treatments. This discount excludes treatments already on promotion + gift voucher purchases.
You will also receive 10% OFF any full-priced retail product purchases in studio + online at Shop with MF (excluding products already discounted).
On sign-up you will be charged a one-off establishment fee. A Payleadr surcharge is included in your payment subscription. Your plan will automatically renew after your initial term. To cancel, provide 14 days' written notice before the end of your term.
